Designed to recreate the distinctive swords and back-mounted scabbard system, this set makes an impressive accessory for cosplay, conventions, Halloween costumes, photoshoots, movie-inspired collections, and display.

The set includes two full-size swords and the backpack-style dual scabbard system, giving you the complete back-mounted sword look for your costume.

What's Included

• Glue for optional permanent scabbard assembly

Backpack straps are not included.

The backpack section includes two attachment points on each side, allowing you to add your own straps and adjust the carrying system to your preference.

Reinforced Sword Construction

Because of their full-scale size, both swords are manufactured in multiple sections that are permanently joined together.

Each sword contains an internal steel rod for additional rigidity and structural reinforcement.

The joints between sections may be visible when viewed closely. This is a normal characteristic of manufacturing large-scale props using FDM 3D printing.

Multi-Color 3D Printed Finish

These swords and scabbards are not painted.

The colors are created directly during the 3D printing process using:

• Silver filament
• Gold filament
• Black filament

This gives the props their finished color without requiring a painted surface.

Shipping & Assembly

To help protect the set from damage during transportation, the product is shipped in two separate packages.

The scabbard extensions require simple assembly after delivery.

For assembly:

1. Insert the two scabbard extensions into the corresponding sections extending from the backpack.
2. Test-fit both pieces without glue first to make sure everything aligns and fits correctly.
3. If you want a permanent connection, remove the extensions and apply a small amount of the included glue inside the joining areas.
4. Immediately press the pieces completely into position.
5. Allow the adhesive to set before using the scabbards.

The included adhesive is fast-setting, so make sure the pieces are properly aligned before permanently joining them.

Avoid using excessive glue, as it may overflow onto the visible surfaces.

3D Printed Construction

This cosplay set is manufactured primarily from PLA using FDM 3D printing.

Visible layer lines, seams, section joints, and minor variations may occur and are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process.

We carefully inspect each piece before shipping, but these characteristics are part of the nature of large 3D printed props.

Important – Heat Exposure

PLA can soften or deform when exposed to excessive temperatures.

Avoid leaving the swords or backpack scabbards for extended periods inside a vehicle parked in direct sunlight or in other high-temperature environments.

Non-Functional Cosplay Props

These swords are non-functional decorative replicas intended for cosplay, costumes, photography, and display purposes only.

Although internal steel rods are used to reinforce the swords, they are decorative props and are not intended to be used as functional weapons.

Convention and event policies regarding replica props vary, so please check the venue's rules before bringing them to an event.
