Deadpool Inspired Swords & Backpack Scabbards – Improved 3D Printed Cosplay Set

Complete your Deadpool-inspired cosplay with this full-size 3D Printed Sword and Backpack Scabbard Set, featuring two swords, dual back scabbards, and an improved design developed from customer feedback.

Designed for cosplay, conventions, photoshoots, and display, this set recreates the distinctive dual-sword setup while providing a practical backpack-style scabbard system that allows both swords to be carried on your back.

Choose between the sword design inspired by the first movie or the version inspired by the second movie. Both versions are approximately the same size and fit perfectly into the included scabbards.

Backpack straps are not included.

The backpack/scabbard base includes two attachment points on each side, allowing you to add your own straps and adjust the carrying system to your preference.

Improved Version

This is our updated and improved version, redesigned based on feedback from customers who purchased the previous model.

Improvements include:

Thicker & Stronger Blades
The blades and tips have been made wider and thicker, increasing overall rigidity and durability.

Internal Steel Reinforcement
Both swords contain an internal steel rod that runs through the structure to provide additional rigidity.

Support-Free Printing
The redesigned parts can be printed without supports in key areas, helping eliminate many of the surface marks normally left behind when support material is removed.

Wider Scabbards
Additional clearance has been added inside the scabbards to help prevent the swords from becoming stuck during insertion or removal.

Less Visible Seams
Print seams have been repositioned toward the back of the blades, making them less noticeable when the swords are displayed or carried.

Optional Glue Assembly
The scabbard extensions are designed to pressure-fit into the backpack sections. Friction helps hold them securely in place without requiring glue for normal display.

For customers planning to use the set extensively for cosplay, we recommend using the included adhesive for a more permanent connection.

Multi-Color 3D Printed Finish

These swords and scabbards are not painted.

The colors are created directly during the printing process using combinations of silver, red, and black filament, depending on the version selected.

This means the color is part of the printed components rather than a painted surface finish.

Shipping & Assembly

To reduce the risk of damage during transportation, the set is shipped in two separate packages.

The swords arrive assembled, while the scabbard extensions require simple installation.

To assemble:

1. Test-fit the two scabbard extensions into the sections extending from the backpack.
2. Make sure both pieces slide into position correctly before applying adhesive.
3. If you want a permanent connection, remove the extensions and apply a small amount of the included glue inside the joint.
4. Immediately press the pieces completely into position.
5. Allow the adhesive to set before using the scabbards.

Do not use excessive glue, as it may overflow onto the visible surfaces.

The included adhesive is fast-setting, so make sure the pieces are correctly positioned before bonding them permanently.

3D Printed Construction

Because of their full-scale size, the swords are manufactured in multiple 3D printed sections that are permanently joined together.

The joints may be visible when viewed closely. This is a normal characteristic of constructing large-scale props using FDM 3D printing.

Visible layer lines, seams, and minor variations may also occur and are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process.

Important – Heat Exposure

The set is printed primarily in PLA, which can soften or deform when exposed to excessive temperatures.

Avoid leaving the props for extended periods inside a vehicle parked in direct sunlight or in other high-temperature environments.

Non-Functional Cosplay Prop

These swords are non-functional decorative replicas intended for cosplay, costumes, photography, and display purposes only.

Although the swords contain internal steel rods for structural reinforcement, they are decorative cosplay props and are not intended for use as functional weapons.

Convention and event policies regarding replica props vary, so please check the venue's rules before bringing them to an event.
