Improved Version

Our customers spoke, and we listened. This new version replaces our previous design with several major improvements — at the same price:

• Higher Resolution – Smoother curves and improved geometry eliminate the previous low-poly appearance.
• Support-Free Printing – Redesigned components are printed without supports, helping eliminate unwanted support marks.
• Less Visible Seams – Print seams have been repositioned to less noticeable areas for a cleaner overall appearance.
• Simplified Assembly – No more complicated puzzle of multiple sections and visible gaps. The hammer now arrives as only two main pieces plus a threaded steel rod.
• Glue Is Optional – The threaded steel rod creates the connection between the handle and hammer head, so glue is not required for normal assembly.
• Stronger Construction – The internal steel rod provides additional rigidity and helps reinforce the connection between the handle and hammer head.

For customers planning to use the hammer extensively for cosplay, we still recommend using the included glue for a more permanent connection.

Construction

The hammer consists of two main components: the hammer head and handle.

The hammer head is manufactured in two equal sections that are permanently joined during production. The handle consists of three sections that are also permanently assembled before shipping.

A threaded steel rod connects the completed handle to the hammer head while also providing additional structural rigidity.

Because of the manufacturing process, some joints may remain visible when viewed closely.

Multi-Color 3D Printed Finish

No paint is used on this product.

Instead, the different colors are created directly during the 3D printing process using combinations of:

• Gold
• White
• Red
• Brown
• Pink
• Violet
• Green
• Silver

The exact filament colors used depend on the version selected.

Shipping & Assembly

To help prevent damage during shipping, the hammer is packaged in two main sections.

Assembly is simple:

1. Fully screw the included threaded steel rod into the handle.
2. Insert the exposed end of the rod into the threaded opening in the hammer head.
3. Carefully rotate the handle until the two sections are securely connected.
4. Do not overtighten, as excessive force could damage the hammer head.

Optional Permanent Assembly

The threaded connection is designed to hold the pieces together without requiring adhesive.

However, if you plan to use the hammer regularly for cosplay, you may choose to create a permanent connection using the small bottle of glue included with your order.

First assemble and fully tighten the hammer without glue. Once correctly positioned, apply only a few drops around the completed joint and allow the adhesive to penetrate the connection.

Do not apply the glue before screwing the pieces together. The adhesive dries quickly and could bond the parts before they are completely assembled, resulting in an improperly seated or weaker connection.

Avoid excessive glue and prevent adhesive from contacting your skin.

Before You Buy

This product is manufactured using PLA and FDM 3D printing.

Visible layer lines, seams, section joints, and minor variations may occur and are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process.

We have redesigned this improved version specifically to minimize many of these characteristics, but they cannot be completely eliminated from FDM-printed products.

Important – Heat Exposure

PLA can soften or deform when exposed to excessive temperatures.

Avoid leaving the hammer for extended periods inside a vehicle parked in direct sunlight or in other high-temperature environments.
